"Quality you can kind of trust right away"
I ordered a hoodie and a couple of t-shirts from KnowledgeCotton Apparel, i’m really pleased with them. As soon as I felt the fabric, my gut told me these were better than the usual basics, soft, but still sturdy and not flimsy at all. I’ve washed them a few times now and they’ve kept their shape and still look good. The fit was pretty much what I expected too. Definitely feels like a brand I’d trust and buy from again

"Still not totally sure about the ethics..."
I really wanted to feel good about KnowledgeCotton because the eco angle is appealing, but the details on their factories and wages felt a bit light to me. Maybe the info is out there somewhere?? I just couldn’t find enough solid proof. For a brand leaning so much into sustainability, I expected clearer answers.

The clothes themselves were totally fine, and one of the shirts actually looked nicer in person than I expected. I ended up returning a couple things though, and that part was a little slow. Customer service did get back to me, just not right away, so I kept checking my email like a weirdo while drinking cold coffee at my kitchen table. I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out, but the whole return process could definitely be smoother.

"Um, delivery is taking a really long time"
I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. I was hoping it would be here by now, so it’s a bit frustrating.

"Really like the clean style"
I ordered a shirt and a knit from Knowledge Cotton Apparel, and I really like them. I was kind of second-guessing the choices after I checked out, wondering if they might look too plain in person, but they actually have that simple, clean look without feeling boring.
The fit turned out nice too, not too tight or awkward, which I was a little worried about. The colors are easy to wear and the pieces feel like everyday staples. I’d probably order again.

"Sizing is definitely off"
I’m not sure who handled the sizing on this, but it runs small. I’d probably size up if you’re thinking about getting it...

"Good quality for the price"
I got some really nice clothes for a fair price, and overall I’d say they were worth it. The quality was better than I expected for what I paid. One thing I noticed is that the sizing felt a little different on one item, has anyone else had the same issue?
